Shipping and Delivery


How long does delivery take?
Usually, from the day you order, you can expect to be showing off your new hand-crafted purchase in around 15 - 20 business days.
We also offer an express shipping option during the checkout process for some orders.
Our shipping partners advertise express delivery in 3 - 5 business days.
As some items take longer to print and dry than others, the above delivery estimations are averages only.


Who will deliver my order?
We rely on a network of external shipping partners around the world including the long-haul capabilities of EMS (Express Mail Service), SAL, as well as the distribution expertise of local postal services to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.
For this reason, tracking is not always available.
If your order is being sent by a trackable service, you will be emailed the tracking number directly from that service.
We regret that our shipping partners are not able to supply tracking details for all kinds of articles.


Where can G-JAX STORE deliver to?
Our shipping partners deliver to all corners of the globe including APO, FPO, DPO addresses (Defence force, Diplomatic post etc).
Due to the nature of APO, FPO and DPO services it may take more than 45 days to receive your order.
We recommend using a land / civilian address where possible.


My order is later than I expected
If your order hasn't reached you within 20 business days, the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. You'd be surprised how often this is the case!

If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, you've allowed a reasonable time for your local customs to peek at your awesome new stuff, and your local post office was not able to help, contact us and we'll see what we can do. When contacting us, please let us know your order number and the full correct delivery address so we can help you as soon as possible.


Customs delays, charges, and confiscated articles.
As customs rules in various countries can frequently change, this can cause delays, and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country.
G-JAX STORE is not liable for any additional customs taxes or duties, or if any specific item was prohibited or confiscated by the receiving country.
It is recommended that you investigate the relevant local laws in your country.


Can I send an order to someone else?
The 'billing' address must be your own, however you can choose a different 'delivery' address.
Please note, because we email your payment confirmation and receipt it's also a good idea to use your own email address, to keep your secret.


How is my order packaged?
Our priority is getting your order to its destination on time and in good condition.
The packaging is very sturdy and designed to protect your order on its way to you, and is branded with G-JAX STORE.


 

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be totally comfortable shopping with G-JAX STORE so we provide the facility to return items for refund or replacement that are damaged or incorrectly packed.
Please note that G-JAX STORE does not offer refunds on products unless they are faulty or damaged in transit, so we strongly urge you to choose your items carefully and contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions.
So, if you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us within 8 days and we will happily organise for the goods to be returned / refunded.

G-JAX STORE accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Visa, JCB, MasterCard, PayPal account, International wire transfers.
* It can be available of credit card through PayPal.

Updating Account Information

To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the Welcome tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.

  • To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.
  • To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.
  • To subscribe or unsubscribe to the Amala newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
